Job Description
We are searching for a senior level resource that has planned, coordinated, and overseen thru successful implementation a process redesign initiative. Candidate will have experience in identifying impact process that have a direct impact on outcomes improvement. They will have experience with benefits planning, target identification and metrics development experience, as well as experience in translating proposed benefits into industry financial improvement opportunities. Resource will be required to act as a subject matter expert to Revenue Cycle resources for benefits analytics (ROI) and regulatory compliance. Ability to facilitate measures workshops to determine process, practice and organizational capabilities required for targeted measures. Ability to manage/coordinate between BPR teams, Process/metric owners; define work effort, assign tasks and manage and monitor output is also required. Must be able to assess and manage performance management culture. Strong understanding of CQI/TQM programs to sustain changes and allow for early detection for necessary course corrections is preferred. Candidate should be skilled in transferring knowledge to client staff, with varying backgrounds and different frames of reference. n addition, they should also have strong industry depth in current metrics for regulatory and legislative reporting as well as be current on the ARRA HITECH requirements, timing specific to ‘meaningful use’. Experience with Clinical Transformation and Revenue Cycle re-engineering is a plus. Resource should have a background in CQI ‘Continuous Quality Improvement’ and optimally have exposure to Lean Six Sigma techniques. This is a leadership level resource that must be able to communicate at the C level, particularly to CNO’s and CMIO’s.
